Heart-Centered Leadership

You are an expert in your field, but you know very little about teaching. This is the plight of many instructors in experiential programs. You qualify based on your expertise or experience, but you are left to learn how to actually "teach" on your own.

You have been teaching for awhile, but you know you can do better. You are accidentally good at sharing skills, ideas, and information. But you feel there must be more to this—you don't want to get bored and you know your students deserve (and expect) more.

You are an educational leader, but can't seem to keep up with the administrative tasks and management issues. You found out that educational management and leadership is a bit more challenging than understanding program requirements.
